Dr. Debra Babcock, SMS

Dr. Debra Babcock from Stanford University will be a guest speaker at the SMS General PTSA meeting. Dr. Babcock is a sleep expert and will be talking to us about what sleep is, how needs change over time, and the consequesnces of not getting enough sleep. She will also address issues faced by adolescents and give us some advice on how we can help our students get the sleep they need.
